At All Kids, we partner with parents to help children discover a life with Jesus. Each Sunday, your kids will experience fun, age-appropriate environments led by Team Members who genuinely love Jesus and love kids. Through interactive Bible lessons and engaging activities, we help shape the faith and future of the next generation—together with you.
Your child’s safety is our priority. Every team member is background-checked and vetted, our classroom ratios ensure every child is seen and cared for, and our Safety Team monitors entry so only parents and approved volunteers can access the kids’ spaces.If you would like to learn more about the heart of our children's ministry click here.

Our experience begins at 10:00 AM, but arriving about 30 minutes early is a great way to ease into the morning. It gives you time to check in your kids, find your seat, meet a few people, or simply settle in and get ready for worship. Whether you’re new or a regular, coming a little early helps you feel at home the moment you walk in.

Our Sunday experiences last about an hour and twenty minutes. Each service is designed to be meaningful, engaging, and focused—complete with worship, a powerful message, and space to connect with God. Whether it’s your first time or you’re part of the family, you’ll find our time together intentional and life-giving.

At All People, there’s no dress code—just come as you are. You’ll see everything from jeans and sneakers to dresses and button-downs, and it all fits. Wear what feels comfortable and helps you focus on worship. Whether you’re dressed up or dressed casual, you’ll belong the moment you walk through the doors.

Generations
Generations at All People Church is where kids, students, and families grow in faith together. From safe, fun environments for children to discipleship opportunities for students, we’re here to help every generation connect with God and each other.
Josh and Stephanie are the Lead Pastors of All People.
They met while serving in a local church in Oklahoma in 2000. For the last 24 years they have been around the globe, taking students abroad, serving the Church globally and in the states. In 2016 they moved to New England to serve on staff at International Family Church. In January of 2022 they stepped into the Lead Pastor role.
By direction of the Holy Spirit and wise counsel, they launched All People in March of 2024. Josh and Stephanie lead our church with authenticity and passion. They would tell you that serving Jesus and following His plan for your life is the greatest adventure there is!
The Roberts live in Wilmington and have three children. They have a heart for those that have yet to meet Christ, a desire to see people experience Jesus for themselves and believe the local church is the hope of the world. Our pastors are mission focused, determined to accomplish the will of God for their lives, passionate about empowering you to do the same and want us all to have fun along the way!
